The Ross Township Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) Meeting on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, will be held in-person and online at 7PM.
In-Person registration is no longer required.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to join. You will need to download the application in order to view, listen or comment.
We will not be accepting comments or questions through Zoom’s chat feature during the meeting.

The Zoning Hearing Board is a quasi-judicial board comprised of 5 members appointed by the Board of Commissioners, serving a 5 year term. ZHB decisions can be appealed to the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.
In accordance with the provisions and authority established through the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code (MPC) the Zoning Hearing Board hears appeals from the decisions of the Zoning Administrator, requests for variance/relief from zoning ordinances, special exceptions in accordance with the zoning ordinance, and the validity of any provision of the zoning or land use requirements. All applications must be turned in 28 days prior to meeting date.
