Police Department Launches Initiative

The Ross Township Police Department has established a database for at-risk residents, vacation home checks, pet management, and more. This will enable Officers to quickly access critical information when responding to a call for help or assistance.

Denise Rickenbrode was sworn in on Monday, January 3rd as the 8th Ward Commissioner.

Anthony Bisesi was sworn in on Monday, January 31st as the 9th Ward Commissioner.

All meetings will be held in-person in the Board Room. However, the Board of Commissioners have decided to keep offering Zoom as an option for residents to virtually participate in Township meetings.

Community Cleanup - April 23rd & 24th

Help keep Ross Township beautiful by organizing a cleanup in your neighborhood or by helping with a project in one of our lovely Township Parks! Residents can register for either April 23rd, April 24th, or both days. The necessary supplies will be provided after your registration.

Honoring Outstanding Individuals

Libby Gasior, North Hills Softball Head Coach, was presented a plaque by our Junior Commissioner, and softball player, Kyra Blauth for being named a 2020-2021 PIAA/NFHS Coach of the Year.

Rhonda Campanella (2nd From Right) was presented a plaque by Commissioner Joe Laslavic, Dr. Peg Durachko, and Commissioner Sarah Poweska for being named the 2021 Durachko-Gottfried Ross Township Citizen of the Year.
