Inspection Procedures - Commercial Building
Requests for inspections are made by scheduling directly with the following inspectors:

Fire Alarm & Suppression Inspector               x31 – Aaron Lucia
Mechanical (& Hood) Inspector                      x21 – Kevin Karman

Plumbing Inspections, ACHD Plumbing Program – 412-578-8036

 

Inspection requests must include the following:  

  • Permit #
  • Business or Tenant Name
  • Address
  • Inspection Type (i.e.: footing, framing, etc.)
  • Requested Date & Time (AM or PM)
  • On-site contact name and phone

Residential Building Inspections

Residential Building Inspection Procedures
All residential inspection requests, except Electrical and Plumbing Inspections, are made by emailing Ross Township.

Schedule Directly with Allegheny County Health Dept., Plumbing Program - 412-578-8036

 Inspection requests must include the following:
