Any land development or redevelopment within Ross Township must be granted Preliminary and Final Approval by the Board Commissioners following a review by the Planning Commission. Types of developments are regulated by the Zoning District in which the site is located and all applicable township ordinances (i.e. grading, storm water, etc.).
