Any subdivision, consolidation of land, and/or lot line revisions, whether in conjunction with a land development plan or not, must be granted Preliminary and Final Approval by the Board of Commissioners following a review by the Planning Commission. Subdivision / Lot Consolidation must be prepared in accordance with all applicable provisions of Chapter 22: Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance and Chapter 27: Zoning Ordinance.
