The following list details all major road closures or detours due to construction or repair projects.
A portion of Transvaal Avenue is closed.
PennDOT is performing the Rout 4003 McKnight Road Improvement Project on McKnight Road from the City of Pittsburgh to McCandless Township. This long-term project will start in March 2025 and will commence at the end of Summer 2025.
Rochester Road is closed for a PennDOT project to replace a culvert. This work starts June 2nd and will run through November 2025.
Bridge #2 on Nelson Run Road is being replaced. The road will remain closed until construction is complete.
